Sendio is a temporary shared photo gallery service. Gallery owners can create a gallery, invite others using a link or QR code and let guests view, download or upload photos when guest uploads are enabled.

Guests normally do not need an account to join a shared gallery.

We may collect:

• Email address for registered users
• Gallery names
• Photos uploaded to galleries
• Optional photo notes
• Guest display names
• Device and browser information
• Basic technical information required to operate and protect the service

We use your information to:

• Create and manage registered user accounts
• Create, display and manage temporary shared photo galleries
• Allow invited guests to view, upload, download and manage permitted photos
• Maintain, improve and secure Sendio
• Send important service emails

• Galleries automatically expire after 24 hours.
• Expired galleries and their photos are automatically deleted.
• Gallery owners may delete galleries earlier.
• Sendio is not a backup service.
• Users should keep their own copies of important photos.

Gallery owners create an account to create and manage their galleries. Guests normally do not need an account to access a gallery shared with them.

Anyone with your gallery link or QR code may access that gallery while it is active, according to the permissions set by the gallery owner.

Gallery owners control whether guests can upload photos. Please only share gallery links and QR codes with people you trust.

We use reasonable measures to protect user information and gallery content. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Sendio uses trusted third-party providers including:

• Supabase
• Vercel
• Google Authentication
• Resend

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and security.

Sendio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may:

• Delete your galleries
• Stop using Sendio at any time
• Contact us regarding your data

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
